Team

Owners, managers, and what each can do.

  • Owner: full access, including billing, brand, and account settings
  • Manager: runs the shop day to day, everything except billing, brand, and account settings
  • Barber (staff): their own appointments and hours, plus whatever you allow in Barber Permissions

From the Team page, invite a manager by email. They get a login and can run the shop with you, without touching billing, the brand page, or account settings.

Managers are a Legion feature. Add as many as your team needs from the Team page.
