What is barber.rsvp?

barber.rsvp is booking and management software for independent barbershops and salons. Clients book online, you take payment, and the day runs from one place.

  • Online booking with per-barber schedules
  • Payments through your own Stripe account, so payouts land in your bank
  • Memberships, coupons, no-show deposits, and a tip jar
  • Automated text reminders, reviews, and win-back messages
  • Reports on revenue, chair utilization, and memberships
You keep your own client list and your own payment relationship. barber.rsvp is not a marketplace, so it never sells your clients a competitor down the street.

Set up your shop

  1. 1Add your shop details: name, timezone, description, phone, address, and a photo.
  2. 2Set your opening hours (or, for a one-chair shop, your own weekly schedule).
  3. 3Add your services with prices and durations.
  4. 4Add your barbers and their schedules.
  5. 5Connect payouts so clients can pay you.
  6. 6Share your booking link.
The onboarding checklist in the app tracks these for you and marks each one done as you go.

Share your booking page

Every shop has a public booking page. Copy the link from the Settings page (the share card at the top) and put it in your Instagram bio, Google profile, and anywhere clients find you.

On Legion you can also point your own domain at the booking page, or use one brand link that lists all your locations.
